6 Quick Eating Tips for Weight Loss

Here are six quick tips for you to help you to move some quick kilos.

Drink a glass of water before eating: Have a large glass of water 10 minutes before eating to trick the stomach into feeling more full.

Eat slowly: Give the food time to register and give the body time to tell the brain you've had enough before you over eat and then put on weight.

Drink only water: That's right, just water and nothing else for 12 weeks. It's a challenge but one that is easily achievable if you put your mind to it. Almost everything else that comes in liquid form has calories in it which will prevent you from achieving results or at least it will slow your results down.

Leave some on your plate: You don't have to eat everything on your plate. This is especially pertinent when you are eating out as you haven't had control over the size of the portion prepared. Remember to exercise restraint and you will get results.

Read the energy labels on food: Get to know how much energy, percentage of fat, recommended serving sizes etc. Educate yourself on what is good and what is not so good.

Try to buy unprocessed and natural state foods. As soon as man gets involved, ingredients are added to make thing go further, to last longer to taste differently etc.
