Wholegrain Toast with Avocado and Tomato

Ingredients
2 slices wholegrain wheat or gluten free bread
¼ avocado
1 tomato
(Optional: smoked salmon slices on top)

Method
Toast the bread
Spread avocado onto the toast
Top with tomato slices (optional: and smoked salmon slices)
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Still Hungry? 1 piece of fresh fruit
