Candice Swanepoel wowed at the recent Victoria Secret show, thanks to Pilates

The 27-year-old model has revealed to InStyle magazine that there is nothing better than feeling fit and strong and that she does, "a mixture of yoga, pilates and boxing: boxing when I have energy to burn and pilates on the reformer when I'm feeling lazy."
She also told the magazine that meditation has been an important aspect of her workout regime, particularly since she lives in New York City.
Her advice for keeping your abs toned? "Boxing, pilates and laughing a lot! Everything that involves core exercises," she said.
