Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients

1 medium sized chicken breast
Broccoli
Carrot
Zucchini

Method

Cook the chicken breast to your liking on either a non stick frying pan or a grill. Don't add any oil to the chicken when cooking
Chop and then steam the broccoli, carrot and green beans to your liking and serve.
