Dinner - Salmon and Salad

Salmon and Salad

1 small piece of salmon without the skin
Fancy lettuce
Cucumber
Tomato
Carrot
Red Capsicum

Method

Cook the salmon to your liking on either a non stick frying pan or a grill. Don't add any oil to the fish when cooking as salmon has quite a lot of natural oils in it.
Chop the lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and raw mushrooms and serve with some raw grated carrot on top.
