Dinner - White Fish and Salad

White Fish and Salad

Ingredients

1 piece of white fish
Fancy lettuce
Cucumber
Tomato
Carrot
Grated fresh beetroot
Lemon juice or wedge

Method

Cook the fish to your liking on either a non stick frying pan or a grill. Don't add any oil to the fish when cooking
Chop the lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and raw mushrooms and serve with some raw grated carrot on top.
Serve fish with a squeeze of fresh lemon and a small amount of salt and pepper if required but if you have good quality fish this may not be necessary.
