How Coffee can Slow Your Weight Loss Results

You should aim to reduce or eliminate coffee all together from your diet. Stimulants elevate how much your adrenal glands work and your energy levels bounce up and down all day like a yo-yo and so when you come down off your caffeine high you will either opt for more caffeine or you will opt for some sugar for another lift.

Now, if you reach for more coffee to pep you back up and if you have your coffee with sugar and milk; these two things contain calories and may be the thing preventing you from losing weight and will definitely slow the speed of your weight loss down.

Eliminate the sugar from your coffee, use low fat milk, try an espresso or better yet....skip the coffee and eat a carrot instead!
