It's not always about how many springs you can pump out. It is also about having impeccable technique to avoid injury and develop strength safely.
In the Night - The Weeknd
Reverse Biceps (on the Reformer).... it's challenging on the arms even for people who have stiff necks. They can really feel the burn.
I come into work early so I can feel the program before I teach it. Great to know where to push your clients when they are getting tired.
Always be genuine and empathetic towards any injuries. Discretion can also go a long way to maintaining a client's confidence.
I plan to attempt another Studio Pilates 30 Day Challenge along with my clients to feel stronger in myself and to spend more time with friends and family.
