Kate Hudson has no 'fitness secrets'! She simply eats well and does Pilates

Kate Hudson has revealed that there is no big secret to her toned, slim figure - she has a healthy diet and focuses on 20 minutes of exercise per day, including regular Pilates workouts.
Celebrity Health Fitness reports that the actress and mother of two maintains her figure through a lean diet low in sugar and a combination of Pilates, yoga and dance.
She said that she's a "big believer in doing 20 minutes of exercise a day" and loves workouts which strengthen her core.
She believes that, "[the exercises that are] the best for women have been anything that's real dance, something that elongates, and really really strengthens. So, Core Fusion...Pilates, I think those things for women (are great) because they center on the core."
