Chicken, Pear and Walnut Salad

Ingredients
100g cooked sliced chicken
Arugula or rocket leaves
½ pear (or green apple) sliced
Walnuts, chopped
Celery, sliced


(Optional grated hard cheese: parmesan or goats pecorino romano)

Method
Combine all ingredients and serve

Serves 1

Still Hungry? 1 piece of wholegrain bread or a cracker
