Miranda Kerr notices the difference 5 Pilates sessions makes a week!

Miranda Kerr has previously revealed how important Pilates is to her exercise regime. Recently, the 32-year-old model told Harper's Bazaar magazine that she actually does Pilates 5 times a week! She told them "When it comes to my body, I really notice the different [sic] when I do pilates on the reformer machine. If I do that fives time a week then my body feels tight."
Pilates is a fantastic workout to tone and lengthen your muscles in a total body workout.
