Model Jesinta Campbell gets 'red carpet ready' with Pilates

The former Miss Universe contestant and model is a regular on Australian red carpets and modelling shoots and now she also has a wedding to prepare for - she recently got engaged to AFL star Buddy Franklin.

She says that her fit, fantastic figure is due to regular exercise and eating right for her body, telling Australian Women's Weekly,"I'm gluten intolerant so that governs a lot of the choices I make when it comes to what I eat". She says she tries to keep her diet clean, simple and organic but that she often indulges in chocolate, especially peanut M&Ms!

She says she loves Pilates, particularly when she's getting in shape before an important shoot, or trying to tone up, telling the Daily Mail that "running, squats and Pilates are great ways to keep a perky butt!" The model alternates her Pilates workouts, which strength and tone, with cardio workouts for best results. She also revealed to the Daily Telegraph that consistency is the key, doing Pilates "three to four times a week".
