Neck Stretch

The Neck Stretch is a really good option if you are ever feeling really tight in your neck, or even if you are someone who experiences a lot of headaches. The Neck Stretch lengthens all the muscles that support your neck, but also ones that help move your arms and shoulder blades. This is a good stretch to do during your breaks at work to help keep you productive and pain free. When doing this stretch, just be careful that you are not stretching too hard and too fast, as the neck and the structures surrounding it are more fragile than other parts of your body.
