Pippa Middleton's Workout Plan: Pilates, Running and Interval Training

Pippa Middleton recently released a 10-week exercise plan published in Waitrose magazine, with the 5th week dedicated to Pilates. Pippa describes how it is important to focus on building core strength and that Pilates is one of the best ways to do it.

The highly active sportswoman wrote a testimonial on the Pilates On the Go website, explaining that "as someone who is always "on the go", Pilates has been a wonderful escape from my busy lifestyle in London." She continued, "Whether it's 7am in the morning or 7pm at night I always leave feeling calm, refreshed and invigorated."

She suggests that once you start building your core strength, you can combine it with high intensity interval training to build cardiovascular and muscular fitness.
