Sandra Bullock is the 'Most Beautiful Woman of 2015', thanks to Pilates and a healthy diet

Sandra Bullock has been named the World's Most Beautiful Woman of 2015 by People magazine. The 50 year-old actress has previously revealed that she keeps fit by following a low-carb diet and regular Pilates workouts. She also enjoys kickboxing and yoga.

She laughed off the title of "Most Beautiful Woman", telling People Magazine that "real beauty is quiet" and that doing a good job, being a good mother and person, is more important than focusing on looks.

She told InStyle magazine that these things had a more profound significance for her since adopting her son Louis in 2010.

The Oscar-Winning actress exercises four to five times a week, and enjoys workouts which are "not big on weights". In addition to strengthening classes such as Pilates, Bullock does cardio such as running and cycling.
