Sandra Bullock's Fitness Tips: Pilates, Kick-boxing and Weights

Sandra Bullock looked incredible in a black and silver Stella McCartney dress that revealed her toned arms and legs, and her lean, fit figure.

According to the Examiner, Bullock is a fan of Pilates and Yoga for strength and flexibility, in addition to kickboxing and circuit training.

She revealed that, "I do a lot of Pilates, kick-boxing and weight training in L.A., and when I'm in Austin [Texas], I run or ride a bike."

Sandra's trainer Simone De La Rue  explained that she works really hard to achieve her figure, putting in an hour a day, 6 days a week at the gym. She is also very diligent with her diet, eating lots of lean protein and fresh foods.
