Modern Family star Sofia Vergara is one of Hollywood's most in demand female actresses and she recently revealed how she stays slim, toned and bikini-body ready. Her two big secrets? Pilates and a healthy, low-carbohydrate diet.

The 42-year old has a family history of diabetes and so she says it is important for her health and well-being, as well as her figure, that she strictly monitors her sugar and alcohol intake.

She recently became engaged to True Blood star Joe Manganiello, who is also a fan of regular exercise and she revealed to Vanity Fair that she exercises several times a week, mixing up her Pilates classes with spin workouts and strengthening.
