The Studio Pilates® Thirty Day Challenge is free for members and includes a workout tracker, program guide, nutrition guide, meal planner and healthy recipes all combined with our body sculpting Studio Pilates® workouts.

We take the guess work out of your body transformation by providing you with recipes for your full thirty days! To make the challenge as easy and convenient as possible, all you need to do is select your choice of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner from our approved list of low calorie recipes. These recipes have been designed with you in mind, so they provide optimum nutrition while sculpting your body and whittling away those unwanted kilos.

Customised Calorie Calculator

Work out your daily calorie allowance by using the Studio Pilates calorie calculator. By entering in your own details and weight loss goal at the end of the 30 days, the calorie calculator will ensure you're eating based on your individual needs.

Workout Tracker

Track your progress with our easy to use Workout Tracker that will help you keep track of your weekly workouts and record your results as the kilos come off!

Online Resources

We have created a large number of online resources to ensure you receive the best possible results from the program.
