Matwork Level 1 Course - you will learn about spinal problems, posture, core stability, muscle imbalances, muscle recruitment/activation and over 70 Pilates exercises. At the end of the course, you will have the skills to use Pilates with PT clients for both rehab and toning, and also take a Pilates mat class in a large group setting.
