Reformer Level 1 (Basic-Intermediate) - you will learn about shoulder, hip, knee, ankle and elbow injuries, and an extensive repertoire of reformer exercises. This is a must to enable you to start working in a Pilates studio using the reformers, take rehab clients and also those wanting to tone up and work hard, including athletes.
