AVOCADO to hydrate skin High in biotin, avocado’s give you luscious hair, help prevent dry skin and brittle nails. The healthy monounsaturated fats in avocados make them one of the best foods for your complexion. These healthy fats keep skin from drying out and help to maintain its youthful appearance. Spread some avo on your morning toast with a little squeeze of lemon juice and salt and pepper or pop some into your salad for that vitamin punch.
