Life can sometimes get in the way of your study and as such, we have made it convenient for you to reschedule your upcoming course date online via your My Portal.<\/p>\n

To reschedule your course now, simply\u00a0follow the steps below –<\/p>\n

STEP 1: Log Into Your My Portal<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

CLICK HERE<\/a>\u00a0to log into your My Portal.<\/p>\n

Log in using your email address and password. If you can’t remember your password, simply click on “Forgot Password” from this screen<\/p>\n

STEP 2: CLICK THE GREY “RESCHEDULE COURSE” BUTTON<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Once you have logged into your My Portal, you will see a grey section called “Course Dates” which lists your upcoming course dates. Simply click on the “Reschedule Course” button next to the relevant course.<\/p>\n

STEP 3: Find Your New Course Date<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

View the list of upcoming course dates and decide which course date and city you would like to reschedule to.\u00a0Always double check the date and city you are rescheduling to before moving forward.\u00a0Then once you are sure of your new course date and city, select “Schedule Now”<\/p>\n

STEP 4: Confirm the Reschedule and Pay Fee\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

To confirm your reschedule simply select the blue “Pay with Card” button to complete payment and finalise your course reschedule (as shown in the image below)<\/p>\n

DO I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY COURSE ONLINE?<\/h5>\n

Yes, all course reschedules are now completed online through your My Portal. This makes the whole reschedule process a lot simpler and allows you to reschedule your course date at any time of day or night from the convenience of your home.<\/p>\n

Do I need to pay a course reschedule fee?<\/h5>\n

The great thing about Studio Pilates courses is that we allow you to change your course dates if there is an emergency and you are unable to attend!<\/p>\n

When you log into your MyPortal, you will see your course dates listed right at the top of your screen. You will have a spot secured in these dates, so you will be expected to attend these specific dates. But in an emergency, if you can\u2019t make your course dates, you can reschedule your course up to two (2) times, however there are fees to do this.<\/p>\n

Why do I need to pay a reschedule fee?<\/h5>\n

If you are rescheduling your course out of your original course date, we are not able to fill your spot with another student. As\u00a0 a majority of our courses are sold out in advance, it means that someone else was not able to enrol in the course in your place. As such, we need to charge a reschedule fee as this effects our business and as well as others students ability to attend their preferred date.<\/p>\n

AM I CHARGED A FEE TO BRING MY COURSE DATE FORWARD?<\/h5>\n

No, there is no fee to bring your course forward!<\/p>\n

DO I NEED TO PAY A FEE IF I CAN’T ATTEND THE COURSE DUE TO EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES?<\/h5>\n

Unfortunately, no matter what the situation is surrounding your course reschedule, you still need to pay a reschedule fee. This is because we have not been able to get someone else into the course in your place. Similar to changing the dates of an air fare, no matter what the circumstance, you would still need to pay a fee to alter the dates of the booking.<\/p>\n

HOW IS MY RESCHEDULE FEE CALCULATED?<\/h5>\n

The reschedule fees which apply to each course course are based on a flat rate –<\/p>\n
