If you are having difficulty downloading the sample class program videos, let’s look at some steps that you can take to troubleshoot this issue.<\/p>\n

1. DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU ARE NOT ON AN IPAD OR MOBILE DEVICE\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n

You must be on a computer to download the sample class program videos.<\/p>\n

However once you have download the videos onto a computer, you can transfer them onto your iPad.\u00a0Once the file is downloaded, you will need to import it into your iTunes library (click here<\/a>\u00a0for instructions) and then sync the file onto your iPad. If you have any issues with this, please contact Apple support or visit your local Apple store. Alternatively, try googling or youtubing how to perform this task.<\/p>\n

2. CHECK WHICH WEB BROWSER ARE YOU USING TO ACCESS THE INTERNET<\/strong><\/h5>\n
