If you have purchased a hard copy manual, you would have received an email from us with a tracking number.<\/p>\n

Your first step should be to track the manual with this number using the link contained in the email. Tracking your manual on its way to you will give you an accurate indication of how far away your manual is!<\/p>\n

It is also a good idea to check your mailbox for a red Australia Post package slip which may be present if the post man attempted delivery of your manual, but you were not home.<\/p>\n

Please also keep in mind that we recommend beginning your learning with the digital copy of your manual while you wait for your hard copy to arrive (you can access this through the course online training centre).<\/p>\n

PS. Always allow 7-10 days for your manual to arrive. If your manual hasn’t arrived in this time, please contact our instructor support team at educationadmin@studiopilates.com.<\/p>\n
