Maximum Number of Times to Reschedule and Fees
\n<\/strong>In an emergency, if you can\u2019t make your course dates, you can reschedule your course up to two (2) times, however there are fees to do this.\u00a0For a full breakdown on course reschedule fees, please\u00a0CLICK HERE.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

Check the Prerequisites Before Rescheduling
\n<\/strong>If you have multiple course dates booked, please check if the course you are rescheduling is a prerequisite for your remaining courses. Moving a course that is a prerequisite may result in needing to reschedule multiple courses. To check this, please CLICK HERE<\/a> and navigate to the prerequisites tab within each course that you are booked into.<\/p>\n

Pop Up Says \u201cRegistration For This Course Is Now Closed\u201d
\n<\/strong>If you are trying to reschedule to a date and see a pop up which says\u00a0\u201cRegistration for this course is now closed\u201d, it means that the course is either fully booked or registration has now closed and you are now unable to reschedule into that date. Please look at alternate dates which are available to reschedule into instead.<\/p>\n

ZOOM \u2013 IMPORTANT PLEASE READ<\/strong><\/div>\n

If you are looking at rescheduling into a fully online Zoom Course please note that you must meet some requirements prior to enrolling. For example, prior to rescheduling into a Zoom course, you must have first checked that you meet some minimum internet requirements by performing a speed test on your home wifi (using the computer you would use to complete the course).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet these Zoom requirements prior to rescheduling into a Zoom course. If you do not meet these requirements on the course or if your internet continuously drops out on the course, you will be kindly asked to leave the Zoom course and contact the Instructor Support team to reschedule into the next available face to face course. You would also be required to pay a course reschedule fee in this occurrence, so we strongly recommend checking that you meet all of the requirements prior to rescheduling into a Zoom course.
