How you are assessed on the course depends on which course you are are enrolled in or looking to complete! However assessment for most of our courses include both online theory exams and a practical assessment at the course itself. The practical assessment involves you instructing some exercises to a small group of people on the course. You are assessed based on your knowledge of the exercises and your ability to use the Studio Pilates Cueing Formula to instruct effectively. Once you enrol in a course, you can also view a sample of the practical assessment criteria in your online training centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To view what specific assessment items are involved for each course, simply –<\/p>\n\n\n\n
