Developed by physiotherapists, our 40-minute classes are suited for all ages and fitness levels. Our studios are incredibly luxurious and beautiful with custom designed Studio Pilates reformer machines, chandeliers and dark hardwood flooring, inspired by classic New York glamour. Clients enjoy the feeling of personal training but in a fun group setting.
