The first class you'll take with us is the Orientation Workout. This allows us to get to know you a little better, ensuring that your workouts with us are as effective as possible based on your needs — right from the start. The class will be 40-minutes long, including a great workout!
You’ll then be ready to book your 5 x Reformer Workout classes to enjoy across 2 weeks from your first class.

Our Intro Offer includes:

Your Orientation Workout is a fun, compulsory introduction to our custom reformer machines and Studio Pilates workout style. It allows our instructors to get to know you, walk you through the equipment, and ensure you feel confident before joining regular classes. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions and learn how we personalise exercises to suit your body and fitness level.
The Intro Offer is available to new clients only and must be used within two weeks of your first class, helping you build momentum and see results quickly.
How do I get the Intro Offer?

You can download the Studio Pilates app, where you can easily book classes, manage your schedule, and purchase class packs — all in one place.
Do you offer memberships?
At Studio Pilates, we offer flexibility, so you can do Pilates on your own terms without lock-in contracts or memberships.
We offer convenient class packs, which you can easily purchase through the Studio Pilates app and in-studio.
What should I bring to class?
For your workout, we recommend bringing:
- A water bottle
- Compulsory grip socks (available to purchase at studio reception)
Each reformer has convenient storage for your shoes and personal items during class.
You’re welcome to bring a towel if you’d like. After each workout, we provide antibacterial wipes so you can clean your reformer before leaving.
Do you have a beginner class?
We don’t separate classes into beginner or advanced. Instead, every Studio Pilates class is designed to suit all fitness levels.
Thanks to our custom reformer machines and expert instructors, each exercise can be adjusted using spring resistance and modifications, allowing you to work at a level that feels right for you. This means everyone can take part in the same class, progress safely, and challenge themselves at their own pace, with no one left behind.
With classes running from early morning through to evening, it’s easy to fit Studio Pilates into your daily routine.
How many times a week should I do Pilates?
While there is no right or wrong answer to this question, we recommend a minimum of 3 classes a week to really see the incredible results of reformer Pilates.
This is why our Intro Offer is designed to be used over two weeks. It allows you to experience multiple workouts per week, build consistency, and notice positive changes in your strength, mobility, energy, and overall wellbeing.
