SUPERFUEL PANCAKES
Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Refined Sugar-Free

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 TBSP of KAILO Vanilla Chai Protein Powder 
  • 1 ½ cups of blanched almond flour 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • ¼ tsp sea salt 
  • ¼ cup almond milk 
  • 2 large eggs 
  • 1 TBSP Maple Syrup 

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS: 

  • TBSP Coconut Yoghurt
  • Handful of Fresh Berries 
  • Dusting of Cinnamon 
  • Pure Maple Syrup  

METHOD: 

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, protein powder and salt 
  2. In a small bowl whisk together eggs, maple syrup and vanilla 
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir well 
  4. If batter is too thick, add some more milk and whisk until desired consistency 
  5. Cook on a medium heat until golden brown 
  6. Serve with yoghurt, berries and maple syrup
