I have now become addicted to Pilates and the great feeling of achievement it brings.

What a change this made to my life, not only have I lost 9 kg during the Challenge, I am still losing weight. I was surprised how much of a difference this has made to my posture. I find myself walking straighter, sitting at my desk straighter - it is truly amazing what a difference this has made to my body. Amazing how my muscle strength has increased and my body shape has changed. I am one very happy lady.
