You completed your classes, persevered, and built something real in just 6 weeks. Now it’s time to celebrate what your body is truly capable of — and there’s no better way to do that than with The Pilates Games!

Think of it as not just a 100-minute workout but more of a personal milestone. A moment to step on the reformer and feel everything you’ve worked for come together in your most bookmark-worthy Pilates session yet.

If you’ve been tossing and turning on whether or not you’ll be taking part in the first ever Pilates Games, here are a few reasons why you should.

Play the Games How You Want To.

One of the things that makes The Pilates Games so fun is that everyone gets to cross their own finish line.

Whether you’re competitive and want to earn as many points as possible, curious to use the experience as a personal benchmark to gauge where you’re at, or simply want to challenge yourself to complete 100 minutes of Pilates — you get to set the tone (and get toned) while doing it!

Think outside the circle and compete as you wish.

With each exercise scored on a six-point scale and higher spring resistance earning you more points, you can choose which exercises you want to score highest in and which ones you’d like to ease into.

And if you’re the type who loves some friendly competition, this is your opportunity to play it smart — think outside the circle, target your strongest exercises, and rack up the most points to be the talk of your studio!

We also want to remind you that if you need to have a rest during The Pilates Games, you can opt out of a particular exercise and continue when you’re ready. 

Want to stay ahead? The Pilates Games is available in the  Challenger Portal, so you can highlight the exercises you really want to shine in.

You Won’t Be Pulsing Alone.

100 minutes is a big ask, but we make sure you’ll have all the support you need to not only get through each exercise, but actually enjoy it too.

To make that happen, we’ll have more of your much-loved SP instructors at The Pilates Games to ensure your safety, provide extra support, and keep you on track from start to finish. 

And with your fellow challengers alongside you, bring the energy, share the burn, and make every moment count.

The Amplify Challenge gives you six weeks to build precision, endurance, and control.
