Sculpt enviable inner thighs with these ‘at home’ power moves.
Use these simple, targeted toning moves to sculpt and tone your inner thighs. Easy to do anywhere, any time!
Exercise 1 – Inner Thigh Lift
Reps – 50 each side
Lying on your side, as pictured, with your top leg bent in front. Keeping the underneath leg straight and in line with the body, raise the leg up and pause for a second before lowering it back towards the floor – but don’t let it touch the mat. Repeat 50 times each side.
Exercise 2 – Inner Thigh Lift + Circling
Reps – 50 circles in each direction
Lying on your side, as pictured, with your top leg bent in front. Keeping the underneath leg straight and in line with the body, raise it up as high as you possibly can, and draw tiny circles. It’s a good idea to lift higher every 10 circles to maximise the workout. Repeat 50 times in each direction. Swap legs and do the same in each direction.
Intensify The Workout
And you thought you couldn’t work this any harder! To boost the intensity, join both of these exercises together on one side. Do exercise 1 + exercise 2, then change sides. You can also add an ankle weight to take it to the next level!
