How did you find the Amplify Challenge?
I loved every minute of the Amplify Challenge! I felt so much support from the team and community, it did wonders for my physical and mental health. I miss it already – sign me up for the next one!
How many classes did you do per week?
Within the first fortnight I did 3 classes per week, and from week 3 onwards I did no less than 4-5 classes per week.
Did you have any goals going into the challenge and what results did you see/feel?
I had a goal to be consistent as well as toning my stomach area. I believe I accomplished both of these. I feel much leaner and stronger, as well as my IBS and bloating issues feeling very minimal.
Do you have a favourite instructor and why?
I honestly cannot choose! Everyone was so amazing and supportive. I spent most of my classes with Mark in the afternoons, he would always push me and know I am capable of more which helped me achieve my goals.
What is your favourite exercise to do in class?
My favourite exercise (used to be one I despised) but is the foot in straps series! I find I have really perfected my form and it’s such an amazing burn.
