This smoothie contains a delicious combination of flavours and makes for a satisfying breakfast or snack in between meals. TIP: Once ripe, prep all your bananas at the end of the week. and pop in a container in the freezer for easy use.

- 1 Medjool date
- 1/3 cup nut or dairy milk
- 1 medium banana (frozen)
- 1 heaped tbsp. vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 6 whole almonds
- 4 ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
