With long, lean and toned bodies, Victoria’s Secret Angels are the envy and inspiration of women around the world. It’s no surprise their workout routine’s are a coveted secret and now, thanks to Elsa Hosk, we’ve discovered how one Victoria’s Secret Angel tones her runway-ready legs.
Earlier this month, with the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show less than eight weeks away, Elsa took to Instagram to share her pre-show body prep. For Elsa, that means Pilates.
As Vogue reported, “the Swedish stunner, who turned heads at Paris Fashion Week with a spin on the Balmain runway, as well as a Dior-inspired beauty look, shared a series of snaps showcasing her commitment to long-and-lean toning. A cocktail of side planks, lunges and suspended poses made for an inspiration-inducing workout, aided by Hosk’s cultivated abs, interminable limbs and lit-from-within skin.”
