Gut Loving Overnight Oats

Health is our greatest wealth, and eating a clean, nutritious diet has so many benefits. A nutritionist by trade with a particular interest in gut health, she applied her knowledge and created ‘the healthiest breakfast possible’, which received rave reviews, particularly from those who suffer from IBS and gut issues.

Overnight Oats 

  • 2 tbsp of Good Mix Blend 11 
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein 
  • ? cup of quick oats 
  • 1 tsp raw maca powder 
  • 1 tsp of almond butter 
  • ½ cup milk of your choice 



  • Sliced banana and cacao nibs 
  • Sultanas and peanut butter 
  • Grated apple and cinnamon
