This delicious and nutritious sweet treat is gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free and above all else, satisfying and satiating. So whether you have it as a sweet breakfast, an after lunch snack or even a dessert.

High Protein Mocha Mug Cake
- 3 tbsp flour of choice
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar or sweetener
- 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 tbsp organic cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Beforeyouspeak Chocolate Collagen Creamer
- 1/2 sachet beforeyouspeak Collagen Mocha Coffee
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp milk of choice
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Add all of the dry ingredients to a mug and combine.
- Add the wet ingredients to the mug and stir until smooth and creamy.
- Microwave for 50-90 seconds, depending on how gooey you want the cake.
- Drizzle some chocolate sauce on top. Enjoy!
