Amplify Challenge

High Protein Mocha Smoothie

Contrary to popular belief, a healthy lifestyle isn’t about omitting any food groups or denying yourself of the things that you love… and that includes chocolate. The Studio Pilates Amplify Challenge isn’t designed to be a ‘quick fix’ but rather an educational tool that will teach you how to implement healthy lifestyle habits that are both achievable and maintainable long term.

Balance is the key to any healthy lifestyle and we don’t believe in deprivation or restriction, but rather finding creative ways to implement some of your favourite foods in a nourishing way, which is why we enlisted the expertise of certified nutritionist Sally O’Niel to write the Amplify Meal Plan, which is chock full of delicious and  nutritious recipes including chocolate and strawberry skewers, chicken taco stuffed sweet potatoes and peach and oatmeal muffins!

This meal plan is provided exclusively to our Amplify Challengers, which they have life long access to, so they can continue to create the delicious and nutritious recipes long after the challenge is over. To give you a little sneak peek – here’s just one of the hundreds of recipes found in the Amplify 6-Week Challenge, proving you can in fact, have your chocolate and drink it too!
