I Can’t Download the Sample Class Program videos

If you are having difficulty downloading the sample class program videos, let’s look at some steps that you can take to troubleshoot this issue.

1. DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU ARE NOT ON AN IPAD OR MOBILE DEVICE

You must be on a computer to download the sample class program videos.

However once you have download the videos onto a computer, you can transfer them onto your iPad. Once the file is downloaded, you will need to import it into your iTunes library (click here for instructions) and then sync the file onto your iPad. If you have any issues with this, please contact Apple support or visit your local Apple store. Alternatively, try googling or youtubing how to perform this task.

2. CHECK WHICH WEB BROWSER ARE YOU USING TO ACCESS THE INTERNET

We recommend using Google Chrome to access your MyPortal and online training centres. If you are using a different browser, try accessing the online training centre on Google Chrome first. You can download the Google Chrome web browser via the link below.

If you are already using Chrome, you could always try an alternative web browser such as the ones listed below. We have found that simply trying to watch the videos using a different browser often fixes the problem instantly. Here are some different internet browsers you could try –

To download any of these web browsers, simply click on the browser name above.

3. TRY CLEARING THE CACHE AND COOKIES OF YOUR WEB BROWSER

If you are still having difficulty, we recommend clearing your cache and cookies on Google Chrome. For instructions on how to do this, simply CLICK HERE.

4. ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE THE MOST UP-TO-DATE BROWSER

If you are using Google Chrome, ensure you have the latest version of the browser.

Google Chrome should automatically update when new versions are available, however you can check if you have the latest version by clicking HERE.

5. TRY DOWNLOADING THE VIDEOS ON A DIFFERENT DEVICE

Sometimes, work or home computers have specific blocks installed on them which will prevent you from downloading the videos. Try downloading the videos on a different computer. Even accessing on a different internet connection can be helpful. If you can download the videos okay on a different computer, you will know that this issue is specific to the original computer you were using.
