The Cadillac (or Trapeze) is possibly the most versatile piece of Pilates equipment in the sheer range of exercises you are able to perform (from gentle spring-assisted abdominal curls to advanced acrobatics) and the wide variety of positions you are able to put clients in. There are so many unique elements to the Cadillac. It has leg springs, arm springs, fuzzy straps to hang from, a push through bar, and even a trapeze bar! In fact, Joseph Pilates called his invention the Cadillac because it had all the bells and whistles you could want, while being synonymous with luxury and comfort!
The Cadillac is an invaluable piece of Pilates equipment for both rehabilitation and challenging or adding variety for clients. In the Cadillac Course, you will learn the complete repertoire of beginner to advanced Cadillac exercises. This course contains the largest number of exercises out of any Studio Pilates course and you benefit from learning a total of 140 exercises during the training!
