Not only is the small ball an incredibly fun addition to your Pilates classes, but it also provides an even more effective all over body workout. The small ball works as a form of stability training while also offering the benefit of added resistance. In fact, a 2007 study found the small ball even more effective at activating the abdominal muscles (while keeping the back muscles switched off) compared to the same exercise on the mat and on the large ball. The small ball can also be used to aid your stretching and given its small size, is easily transported for classes on the go! So it’s a fantastic piece of small equipment that you’re going to love!

Fitness Australia approve the education delivered within the Scope of Practice for Registerd Exercise Professionals and have allocated CECs accordingly to this program.
