I Can’t Log into MyPortal

Let’s look at some steps that you can take to troubleshoot this issue.


1. DOUBLE CHECK WHICH EMAIL ADDRESS YOU ENROLLED WITH

You will need to log in with the exact email address that you enrolled with. To double check which email address you enrolled with, search your email for “Event Payment Details.” Whichever email address was sent this registration confirmation email will be the email address you log into your MyPortal.

2. RESET YOUR PASSWORD

CLICK HERE to access the MyPortal login page and select “Forgot Password.”

Follow the prompts to reset your password and be sure to check your spam folder for the recovery email.
