Zoom Training and Children

BREASTFEEDING

You will be able to breastfeed during the Zoom courses, however, this should only be during the specified breaks where possible.
There will be a ½ hour lunch break, plus 10mins for morning and afternoon tea where you would be able to feed.
There will also be some small sections of the course where the course facilitator will be talking about the exercises and participants will be listening, however, these periods are approximately 2-3 minutes and then you will be back practising the exercises and your instructing on camera. As such, it is recommended to feed in allocated breaks only.

CAN MY CHILDREN BE WITH ME ON THE COURSE?

Although the ZOOM course is delivered online from the comfort of your own home, it is important that you have a quiet space for the entire duration of the course where you can focus on developing your instructing skills.
The Zoom course is an incredibly practical course and you will be required to workshop each exercise by performing the exercise on your mat and then practising instructing your partner while they perform the exercise.
You will be ‘on camera’,  interacting with your fellow course participants and course facilitator for the duration of the course so it is important to ensure that you are alone in the room without interruption so that you get the most out of it! This means that friends, family members, children and/or fur babies should not be present in the room with you during the course, no matter how adorable they are!
If you have children with you at home, it is best to organise a carer to be with you whilst you are completing the course. You will also have scheduled breaks throughout the day!
