Our courses provide a nationally and internationally recognised Pilates qualification. Most of our courses are also registered with peak health and fitness bodies for ongoing education points, for example:
You can enrol in training at any time, there are no specific “intake dates” that you need to wait for. Most of our courses include pre-course study which you complete online from home using our comprehensive online training centres. You then come along to a practical course (which may be face to face or fully online via Zoom).
When you enrol in Studio Pilates training, you will book into specific practical course dates. The dates listed on our website are the dates that you complete the practical component of the course. And you complete all your online pre-course study before attending these dates.
So when choosing dates to enrol in, you should select dates that are far enough in the future that you give yourself enough time to complete the pre-course study. For example, the Matwork Course has 40 hours of pre-course study, you should enrol in dates far enough in the future that you have enough time to complete the 40 hours of online study before the practical dates).
If enrolling in the Anatomy and Matwork Courses, you should enrol in both courses together and study for both courses simultaneously. Your Anatomy Course practical dates should be before the Matwork Course practical dates.
Yes. Each course has slightly different assessment requirements. However assessment for most Studio Pilates courses includes some online multiple choice exams and then a practical assessment at the course.
Our aim is to always make assessments as stress free as possible! And while you may be nervous about the assessment initially, we promise that you will be very good friends with everyone on your course by the last day of training. So the assessment actually feels less stressful when you’re supported by your fellow participants and everyone has gotten to know each other so well.
You are also given a copy of the practical assessment criteria in advance, so you understand exactly how you are assessed and what criteria you need to meet to blitz your practical assessment!
You can find out more about the assessment for each individual course via the “Assessment” tab on each course page.
Yes payment is required at the time of enrollment. Need a payment installment, give us a call to chat about paying off your course in 4x fortnightly installments.
There are different prerequisites for each course. You can find out more about the prerequisites for each individual course via the “Prerequisites” tab on each course page.
If you are trained through another Pilates school and have not completed the Studio Pilates Matwork Course, please contact us for bridging options.
