If you are waiting on a certificate, please ensure that you have completed and passed –
- Any online exams (pre and post course exams)
- The practical assessment of your course (if your course has one)
If you have completed all of these, you should receive your certificate within 2 weeks of completing your last assessment.
If it has been more than 2 weeks since you completed your assessments, please contact educationadmin@studiopilates.com. Please do not contact us prior to 2 weeks as your assessment will likely still be being reviewed by our certification team.
