Can I Change My Course Dates?
The great thing about Studio Pilates courses is that we allow you to change your course dates if there is an emergency and you are unable to attend!
When you log into your MyPortal, you will see your course dates listed right at the top of your screen. You will have a spot secured in these dates, so you will be expected to attend these specific dates. But in an emergency, if you can’t make your course dates, you can reschedule your course up to two (2) times, however there are fees to do this.
See below for flat rate reschedule fees –
- Anatomy Course: $100
- Matwork Course: $250
- Matwork Programming & Progressions Course: $150
- Ball, Circle & Band Course: $150
- Reformer Course: $390
- Reformer Progressions Course: $200
- Cadillac Course: $200
- Wunda Chair Course: $100
- Platinum Course: $600
- Rehab Course: $300
If wanting to reschedule into an earlier course date at any time
Pay nothing to reschedule into an earlier course (assuming there are spots still available in the course).
