Neutral Spine and Imprinted Spine Explained

Studio Pilates® Physiotherapist and Director of Education, James Mangahas shares the importance of our Spinal Position when doing Pilates.  James explains why it is important to know the difference between neutral spine and imprinted spine. This is fundamental, both when you are practising Pilates and if you are a Pilates Instructor – to ensure your clients are using the correct Spinal position.
