Anatomy Revision Workshop on Zoom

Everything you need for your live half-day online workshop. This page is a general guide with no fixed dates. Your confirmation SMS and email will include your specific details.

Workshop runs from 9:00am to 1:00pm Brisbane time (AEST). Please check your local time zone conversion using the button below.

Save this page and test your setup at least one day before your workshop.

Your Zoom Access

Your Zoom link, Meeting ID and Passcode will be sent directly to you via SMS and email before your workshop. Please ensure you have access to those details on the day.

Please enable your video and audio for the full session so you can participate and receive feedback.

If the link does not work

  1. Open the Zoom Workplace app on your computer.
  2. Select Join a Meeting.
  3. Enter the Meeting ID and Passcode sent to you.

Before You Join

  • Download and install Zoom Workplace on your computer. The web version is not supported for this workshop.
  • Sign in to your Zoom account on the same computer you will use on the day.
  • Test your microphone, speakers, and camera.
  • Choose a quiet, well-lit space where you can be seen clearly on camera.
  • Check your internet connection. Aim for minimum download 15 Mbps and upload 5 Mbps.

Are You Ready For The Workshop

Before your workshop, make sure you have:

  • Completed all lessons in the Anatomy online training centre
  • Completed the three pre-course exams for bones, joints and muscles

Professional Standards During The Session

  • Sit upright and stay engaged throughout
  • Actively listen and participate in activities
  • Keep your camera on for the full session

If you are unable to meet these expectations your facilitator may ask you to leave. You will then need to resit the workshop in full.

What To Do Now

  • If you don't already have it, download Zoom onto your computer and set up an account so you are ready to go.
  • If you have never used Zoom before, practise using it on the computer that you will use at the course to test that your microphone and speakers are working - call a friend to make sure everything works correctly.
  • Test your headphones with Zoom before the course.
  • Organise where you will set up your computer for the course - make sure the space is light, quiet, uninterrupted, and that you have enough room to be seen clearly on camera.
  • Revise your Anatomy Course content and ensure that you are prepared.
