First Aid as a Pilates Instructor
As a Pilates instructor, it is recommended that you also have an up to date first aid certificate. This often needs to be cited when you set up your instructing insurance.
Completing First Aid training is simple and easy and usually costs as little as AUD $100-$150. You can complete First Aid training from a wide range of companies such as St Johns, Royal Life Savers and many TAFEs around Australia.
