What is your favourite exercise to instruct right now and why?
Bent Knee Fall Outs. I love watching my participants go from no stability to better control. This means they are listening, I’m delivering the message clearly and they are in the moment concentrating in preparation for the class ahead.
How do you prioritise or find time for your own Pilates practice?
I get up early with the motivation of how great I will feel after I finish my own session.
What is the greatest tip you could give another Pilates instructor?
Practice a lot, strive for progression and be adventurous.
What does the rest of the year hold in store for you?
I would love to train in aerial pilates.
